3 cheese pasta heaven

* 1 box of pasta
* 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (24oz)
* 1 jar Alfredo sauce (16oz)
* 2 cups mozzarella
* 1 cup cheddar cheese
* 2 cups Parmesan 

Preheat oven 350. Prepare noodles according to box. In a separate bowl mix spaghetti sauce, Alfredo sauce, 2 cups mozzarella, 1 cup cheddar, 1 cup Parmesan. Then add in the cooked noodles, mix so it's nicely coated, pour into a 9 x13 pan and cook for 22min or till it's bubbling then pour on the other, cup of Parmesan and cook till it melts.  That simple and amazing!!!!

THE bestest of best chocolate chip cookies


  • 2 sticks melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
cream these ingredients. till the color changes a bit and looks super creamy.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 TBS milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
mix these ingredients slowly into the creamy butter mixture.

  • 1 tsp. salt ( cut down to 1/2 tsp. if you use salted butter)
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
real slowly add in the dry ingredients.

  • 2 c. chocolate chips
hand mix in the chocolate chips. then refrigerate for 3-4 hours (if your in a time crunch add 1 cup flour and bake immediately) 350 degrees 8-10 min (let these cookies sit on the sheet for a few minutes after pulling them out)  these cookies stay soft for a long time. also a small tip is to put them in an airtight container with a piece of bread to keep them softer longer :)

  • 32 oz shredded hash browns ( thawed)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 TBS dry onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 c. mild shredded chedder
  1. mix all together
  2. cook on low for 3-4 hours
  3. potatoes should be creamy. but dont over cook!

Crock pot lasagna

1 1/2 boxes of lasagna noodles
2 lbs hamburger (cook it prior to making lasagna)
1 large container cottage cheese
2 -4 cups cheese
2 jars Spaghetti sauce 

Layer it right in your crockpot and leave on low for 6 hours or high for 4
No added water needed and as a tip use the crock pot liners for this recipe

peanut butter playdoh

yummy to eat playdoh

* 1/2 c. peanut butter
* 1/2 c. flour
* 2 TBS honey

mix and play! my boys loved this! eating and playing with it! super simple super yummy super fun!

yummy sweet pulled pork (crock pot recipe)

4 lbs boneless pork butt roast
*1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
*1 c. brown sugar
*4 c. dr pepper
*1 TBS garlic powder
*4 tsp cumin
*1 TBS honey
10 flour tortillas
white cheese
black beans
rice
enchilada sauce

mix all the ingredients with a * together in a bowl.  pour over roast and turn to low heat, let cook for 6-7 hours. pull it out and shred the pork. put pork back in the sauce for 1 hour on low heat. then to assemble put your tortilla on a plate add some enchilada sauce then meat then cheese and beans and rice. roll and top with more enchilada sauce and cheese microwave for about 1 min to melt the cheese and done!

microwave cakes mmmm

ok so these are my current obsession are these yummy easy things.

ok so they are as easy as 1-2-3

*1 angel food cake mix
*1 cake mix (any kind but my favorite is milk chocolate)
 this is for the cake part its super easy just mix them and put them in an airtight container. when your ready for a cake simply put 3 TBS of the mix and 2 TBS water and mix well. then microwave for 1 min. that easy :) we like to add things like, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup. caramel syrup ect.

now for the amazing icing mmmmmm

* 1 cup almond milk
* 8 0z cool whip
* vanilla pudding mix small box
mix together and thats it.


one of the easiest and yummiest recipes i know.

*my favorite is a chocolate mix with, chocolate chips baked in and then the icing and fresh strawberries*
